The KISS FM extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox collects no data and sends nothing to the developer. Below is what stays in your browser, what the extension connects to and how this site works.
What stays in your browser
This data stays in your browser and the developer cannot see it. Removing the extension erases it.
- On this device: the last station, volume, quality, equalizer, favourites and similar player settings.
- In the browser’s sync storage: language, theme, skin, default quality, search services and your answer to the request for a review. If sync is on in your browser, the browser itself carries these settings between your devices under its provider’s terms.
- The current player state: only until the browser closes.
What the extension does not do
It has no accounts, ads, analytics, cookies or user identifiers. It has no access to the pages you open and cannot see your history. It is not aimed at children and collects no data about them.
What the extension connects to
Only what it needs in order to work. None of these requests reach the developer. Each server below, like any website, sees your IP address and has its own terms.
- Station servers (online.kissfm.ua, online.radiobayraktar.ua, o.tavr.media): the broadcast and the current track’s details.
- Covers: loaded from the address the station names, which may be another server.
- Track search: when you pick Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music or SoundCloud, that service opens in a tab with the artist and title in its address.
- Links in Settings: Buy Me a Coffee and the reviews and support pages of the store you installed from open only when you follow them, with nothing added to the address.
- Cast: the device you choose on your local network receives the stream address and the station name, and fetches the stream itself.
This site
The site is made of static pages, with no cookies or analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver the pages, under its own terms.
The forms on the site send your answer to the developer by email. Cloudflare passes the message on, and it is kept in the developer’s mailbox at Google (Gmail). We receive only what you write and choose and the language of the page, plus the extension version in the form after uninstalling. Your email, if you give it, is used only to reply. Your IP address is needed for a moment to limit how many messages can be sent, and we do not keep it.
We keep these messages for up to 12 months and then delete them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and improving the extension (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Your rights
We hold no data from the extension, so there is nothing to hand over or delete. If you sent us something yourself, you can ask us to show, correct or delete it. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If a new feature starts sending data, we will update this page and the store descriptions before it ships, and the date at the top will change.
